Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Currently, Ezzifit.com ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ezzifit is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

Ezzifit is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Retain all packaging materials and proof of purchase when filing a claim.
